What more could a Spartan heart want? At the Spartan Race Munich we combine urban with nature in a historic sports venue and add a real stadium atmosphere on top.
Mud, sand, fire, the Olympic Lake and steep climbs up to the Olympiaberg, the highest point of the race - these are the course highlights! Two distances on offer: Super - 10 km & 30 obstacles and Sprint & Night Sprint with 5 km and 20 obstacles. Munich is the perfect place for newcomers to get infected by the Spartan spirit during the Sprint or Night Sprint. But the established Spartan community will also get their money's worth, as the course is unique and there are now three challenges awaiting participants with the new super distance.
**SPARTAN WORKOUT TOUR:** The Spartan Workout Tour is a FREE introductory training session with an experienced Spartan Coach. It is a 90 minute bodyweight workout specifically for Spartan ‘beginners’. Everyone gets a FREE t-shirt and an insight into the Spartan community.
